President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree approving the “List of raw materials and supplies exempt from value added tax on import” and repealing Decree No. 1654 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of 2 November 2017 “On approval of the ‘List of raw materials and supplies exempt from value added tax on import’”.
As Marja reports, the Decree approved the “List of raw materials and supplies exempt from value added tax on import”.
It was noted that parts 1–26 and 44–53 of the approved list are in force until 31 December 2022.
In addition, Decree No. 1654 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of 2 November 2017 “On approval of the ‘List of raw materials and supplies exempt from value added tax on import’” was repealed.
