Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve:
1. Shahin Soltan oglu Baghirov shall be appointed First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
2. Until a Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan is appointed, the temporary performance of that post shall be entrusted to the First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Shahin Soltan oglu Baghirov.
3. This Order shall enter into force on the day of its signing.
