Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to Order No. 170 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of 1 May 1995 “On approval of the composition of the board of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan”
Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve:
To introduce the following amendments to part 1 of Order No. 170 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of 1 May 1995 “On approval of the composition of the board of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan” (Bulletin of the Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 1995, No. 9, Article 187; Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2004, No. 12, Article 1028; 2008, No. 12, Article 1057; 2011, No. 1, Article 21; 2021, No. 11, Article 2327):
1. the words “chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic;” shall be deleted;
2. after the words “head of the Legal Support Department of the Office of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan;”, the words “head of the Nakhchivan Main Customs Department;” shall be added.
