Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to the “List of senior special-rank positions in the customs authorities of the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by Decree No. 155 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of 10 December 2004, to the “List of officials authorised to hear cases of administrative offences” approved by Decree No. 1256 of 23 February 2017, and to the “List of officials authorised to draw up protocols in cases of administrative offences heard by district (city) courts” approved by Decree No. 1361 of 3 May 2017
Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve:
1. To introduce the following amendments to the “List of senior special-rank positions in the customs authorities of the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by Decree No. 155 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of 10 December 2004 (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2004, No. 12, Article 1001; 2008, No. 12, Article 1057; 2010, No. 7, Article 617; 2011, No. 1, Article 21; 2012, No. 1, Article 9, No. 12, Article 1265; 2014, No. 1, Article 15; 2018, No. 11, Article 2241):
1.1. the paragraphs “Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic — Lieutenant General of the Customs Service” and “Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic — Major General of the Customs Service” shall be repealed;
1.2. after the paragraph “Head of the Baku Main Customs Department — Major General of the Customs Service”, the paragraph “Head of the Nakhchivan Main Customs Department — Major General of the Customs Service” shall be added.
2. The words “the chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, his deputy,” shall be deleted from paragraph 7.1 of the “List of officials authorised to hear cases of administrative offences” approved by Decree No. 1256 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of 23 February 2017 (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2017, No. 2, Article 200, No. 6, Article 1105, No. 9, Article 1638, No. 11, Article 1984; 2018, No. 2, Article 199, No. 3, Articles 415, 419, 429, No. 5, Articles 915, 927, No. 7 (Book I), Article 1481, No. 8, Article 1698, No. 11, Articles 2242, 2289, No. 12 (Book I), Articles 2566, 2597; 2019, No. 1, Article 82, No. 2, Article 213, No. 3, Article 426, No. 4, Articles 620, 630, 649, No. 5, Articles 819, 862; 2020, No. 3, Articles 238, 240, No. 4, Article 404, No. 7, Articles 864, 885, No. 8, Article 1041, No. 9, Article 1153; 2021, No. 6 (Book I), Article 566, No. 7, Articles 724, 728, No. 12, Articles 1407, 1423; 2022, No. 4, Articles 313, 323; Decrees No. 1836 of 29 August 2022 and No. 1869 of 27 October 2022 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan).
3. 4. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall resolve the issues arising from this Decree.
