Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to Decree No. 646 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of 4 June 2012 “On approval of the Statute of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the structure of the Committee”

Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve:

1. To introduce the following amendments to Decree No. 646 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of 4 June 2012 “On approval of the Statute of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the structure of the Committee” (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2012, No. 6, Article 540; 2013, No. 12, Article 1552; 2014, No. 1, Article 14; 2015, No. 6, Article 699; 2016, No. 9, Article 1487, No. 10, Article 1626; 2017, No. 12 (Book I), Article 2333; 2018, No. 7 (Book I), Article 1487; 2019, No. 6, Article 1031; 2020, No. 2, Article 97, No. 6, Article 702; 2022, No. 7, Article 742; Decree No. 1811 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of 18 August 2022):

1.1. in the “Statute of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by that Decree:

1.1.1. the words “, as well as the State Customs Committee of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic” shall be deleted from paragraph 5.1;

1.1.2. the words “, the chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic” shall be deleted from paragraph 5.8;

1.2. subparagraph 2.1.1-1 of the following content shall be added to the “Structure of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by that Decree:

“2.1.1-1. Nakhchivan Main Customs Department;”.

2. The State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall, within one month, submit its proposals on improving the structure of the Committee to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall resolve the issues arising from this Decree.
